We haven't been good about getting new pictures up, but we do have an update on Mr. Hale...
At his 15-month appointment this past Monday, Hale weighed in at 26 pounds,
1/4 ounce and was 32 1/2 inches tall. And with two brand new molars as of last night, he is looking and acting like a full-fledged toddler (that makes a total of 12 teeth)!
In addition to all the growing Hale has been doing this summer, he is also looking forward to the arrival of his new baby brother or sister. We're about 6 1/2 weeks away from Baby Day! Hale will be moving into his Big Boy Room in about a week and a half upon installation of new carpet. Can you picture him in a big boy bed? I'm having mixed emotions about it...what happened to my little baby boy??!!
Oh, how he is growing. Let me, for a moment, tell you how proud I am of Hale.
I think one of the great joys of parenthood are those times when people say things like, "Your son seems really advanced," or, "Is he always this happy?" or, "We still get up with our son every night... don't you?"
Thanks to Hale (and prayer) for allowing us to answer: yes, he is; yes, he is; and no.
